عندما تبني الأعراف والثقافة المجتمعية جدارًا بين الإنسان وذاته، حينها يفقد الفرد القدرة على الحياة لتصبح بلا ضفة، وعندما تتحول تلك الأعراف إلى ممارسات نبذ وإقصاء لكل مختلف معها، يعنى بالضرورة أن هناك خللاً فى المنظومة الاجتماعية، والتى تبنى من خلالها المنظمومة القانونية والاقتصادية، حينها يصبح الثمن باهظًا على حياة الأفراد والمجتمع .
وعلى العكس تماماً عندما يشعر الشخص بذاته ويستطيع التعبير عنها بحرية دون عنف أو إقصاء أو تمييز هى الخطوة الأولى فى تكوين الفرد القادر على التفاعل والتطور والإنتاج، والذى يعنى بالضرورة النهوض على المستوى الاجتماعى والاقتصادى داخل المجتمعات
يحدث ذلك فقط عندما يستطيع المجتمع هدم جدار العزلة والنبذ والإقصاء ليصل أفراده الى ضفة حياتهم التي اختاروها بإرادتهم الحرة.
When societal norms and culture build a wall between a person and himself, then the individual loses the ability to live, becoming without a bank, and when those norms turn into practices of rejection and exclusion of everyone who disagrees with them, it necessarily means that there is a defect in the social system, through which the legal and economic systems are built, then the price becomes ‘expensive’ in regards to the lives of individuals and society.
On the contrary, when a person feels himself and is able to express himself freely without violence, exclusion or discrimination, this is the first step in forming an individual capable of interaction, development and production, which necessarily means advancement on the social and economic level within societies.
This only happens when society can demolish the wall of isolation, ostracism and exclusion so that its members can reach the bank of their lives that they chose on their own free will.
